- Engage in any conduct that may harm our reputation or interests.
7. Payment and Fees
- Subscription Plans: Access to the App is provided through subscription plans available on a monthly or annual basis.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
- Billing Process: Payments are processed via a third-party provider. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date in accordance with the provider’s policies.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:
- Subscription fees are not paid.

14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through negotiation. Failing which, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts as provided above.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
